SPECIAL THIS YEAR! THE GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY CPR AWARENESS AWARDS
Join us this year as the Citizen CPR Foundation partners with the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation to award the best video aimed at increasing awareness of CPR. We're also opening up the presentation process to seek new faces and a wide diversity of submissions in addition to our more traditional offerings. The ECCU "Video Minute" contest for outstanding public service announcements will be back along with best video clips, use of alternative media, photos, poems, paintings, YouTube videos, PSA's, marketing strategies for citizen CPR, and best images that capture and celebrate citizen CPR and the Citizen Hero on the 50th anniversary of the discovery of CPR. Historical images that capture the spirit or essence of citizen CPR are encouraged.
Enter the ECCU "Video Minute" Contest!
If you have developed a PSA about CPR or emergency cardiovascular care, submit your entry for consideration and find out how you measure up against the competition!
Five PSA videos will be aired during the ECCU plenary sessions. The planning committee will select the top PSAs for presentation based on creativity, production quality and overall impact of the message delivery.
A prize will be awarded by the Citizen CPR Foundation and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation to the top-rated PSA!
You may upload your PSA through the Citizen CPR Foundation PSA Upload Service. Fill out of the form with your name, organization, phone number, and email, select your PSA video, and click upload. The following is a list of requirements that must be met in order to upload your video:
- Video length must be no more than 90 seconds
- File size must be no more than 2GB
- Formats accepted: AVI, MPEG, WMV, MOV (Quicktime)
The deadline for submission has been extended to November 18, 2010
