Partner with ECCU 2010

ECCU is inviting organizations (profit or non-profit) in the emergency care field to share our beautiful venue. It’s a great way to collaborate if you’re planning to hold:

10 Reasons to Hold Your Meeting at ECCU:

1. Outstanding STRATEGIC Networking and Synergies We’ll have a wide variety of groups representing the broad spectrum of stakeholders who seek to improve survival rates from sudden cardiac arrest and stroke. The best minds in the field and the most energetic champions will be here, with discussions of innovations, research, best practices and examples of successful programs. Your involvement enhances the education and experience for your members and all participants.

2. New AHA Guidelines ECCU is being held just weeks after the new AHA guidelines on CPR and ECC are released. Your members can be among the first to hear what the changes mean to the field. For those who can’t attend the entire ECCU conference, we’ll extend special rates to attend the opening reception in the exhibit area and a one day registration for the opening day of sessions.

3. Participate in the ECCU 2010 CPR & Resuscitation Town Hall Meeting Represent your stakeholders at this unique event, which promises a lively dialogue and debate about the most important issues facing our field.

4. Leverage your Message As an ECCU partner, your group will have a special opportunity to participate in the official program and exhibit hall, reaching the entire ECCU audience, estimated to exceed 2,000 individuals.

5. No Charge for Impeccable Meeting Space You pay only for the food & beverage and AV costs (and you can take advantage of the discounts we’ve negotiated on those too). The hotel has more than 125,000 square feet of flexible venues, including unique indoor and outdoor space, and a variety of breakouts with bay views.

6. Great Room Rates at the Manchester Grand Hyatt This beautiful resort sits on San Diego Bay, with a water view from virtually every room. (And it’s only a $10 cab ride from San Diego’s convenient downtown airport.) We’ve negotiated spectacular room rates of $169 per night, which represents a discount of nearly 50% over the regular rate. (This includes complimentary internet access.)

7. Scenic and Dynamic Downtown San Diego On one side of the Hyatt you’ve got Seaport Village, with beautiful walks along the bay surrounded by colorful specialty shops and restaurants. On the other side you’ve got the famous and lively downtown GasLamp Quarter, with hundreds of clubs, dining spots and boutiques. All within a short walk.

8. Lower Marketing Costs If your session is part of the program, you’ll be in the brochure and part of our overall marketing campaign, reaching hundreds of thousands of prospects.

9. Save Your Attendees Time and Money—and Give Them Value Instead of two trips, they make one, and have the opportunity to experience ECCU.

10. San Diego in December This is a beautiful time of year, with plenty of sunshine, highs in the mid 60’s to 70’s, and colorful flowers in full bloom. San Diego is world famous for its Zoo, located just minutes away in Balboa Park, beaches, and friendly locals. Want to have a special event there or at SeaWorld, USS Midway Museum, on a harbor cruise, or other spots? We’ve got special connections to assist you.

We look forward to talking to you.
